Key Fitness Studio

Key Fitness Studio is a renowned Personal Trainer and Sport Therapist studio, where we teach and mentor clients on how to improve their lives through their diet, exercise and lifestyle choices.

All of our clients train out of a specially designed and private personal training studio located in Darlington with FREE parking, making it ideal for clients traveling in from all surrounding areas.

Here at Key Fitness Studio we offer one to one Personal Training, Injury Prevention/Management, Sports Massage, Nutritional advice, Weight Management and a number of different Group Fitness Classes etc.

Fully-equipped private personal training gym

By opening a specialized personal training gym Key Fitness Studio has created a unique environment, which is why the client success rate is so high, largely because this eliminates poor technique, people feeling uncomfortable and it doesn’t have the stereotype/stigma that is linked to normal gyms.

You train in private, no gym members, just one to one so we can concentrate on you.

Training methods

Our methods involve one to one training sessions typically 2 / 3 times per week. This simple but highly effective combination of exercise and diet advice is a proven formula for success. Therefore all programs are specially created for each client and we will work closely with you over the weeks to ensure they keep working for you.

Nutritional Advice

After assessing your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) we carefully work out your calories to achieve your goal and teach you how to track your foods.
